Elan Wurtzel, Esq., has been practicing law since 1984 and has extensive trial experience. He is admitted to practice in all of the New York State courts, as well as the local federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Wurtzel graduated from the prestigious New York University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers' Association, American Trial Lawyers of America, New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and Jewish Lawyer Association of Nassau County.  He is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association's Speaker's Bureau and speaks frequently to different groups about exciting and provocative legal issues facing us today.
